💥 Reckoner vs. Warhound – A High-Speed War

Reckoner’s Wraith Camino moves like a ghost. He’s locked in, riding the edge, every second a calculated risk.

Warhound’s Machine Beast isn’t just driving—it’s hunting. His armored 1993 Ford Lightning is built for destruction.

💀 He’s not trying to pass Reckoner. He’s trying to crush him.

⚡ First Impact. Warhound slams his front bumper into Reckoner’s rear quarter panel. The Wraith Camino skids sideways.

⚡ Reckoner countersteers, flicking the car into a drift that should be impossible at this speed.

⚡ Warhound doesn’t let up. He forces Reckoner closer and closer to the road’s edge—where the Rift’s energy flickers like a waiting maw.

🔥 Nyx Interferes – The Rift Bites Back

Then, a streak of black and electric purple slices between them.

💥 Nyx’s possessed Element carves through the chaos like a blade.

She doesn’t just drive through the fight—she ignites it.

🔹 She clips Reckoner’s rear end, sending him into a violent swerve.

🔹 Warhound reacts instantly, but his truck’s front tires lift—just for a second.

🔹 The Rift pulses. Something shifts. Reality bends.

Then it happens.

Warhound Hits His Fracture Threshold

His truck spirals out, neon flames licking at the metal.

He’s past the threshold now—the point where the Rift takes racers for good.

For a split second, Warhound’s truck isn’t fully solid anymore.

🔹 The metal flickers.

🔹 His hands flicker.

🔹 He sees the world glitch—like he’s driving through two realities at once.

And then, just as suddenly—he snaps back.

Warhound regains control. But something is wrong.

He can feel it in his bones. His skin. His mind.

He’s not just a racer anymore. He’s something else.

And he embraces it.

Reckoner, Nyx, and Warhound all feel it at the same time.

⚡ A pulse of pure Rift energy tears through the track.

That night, while the surviving racers catch their breath, someone speaks:

🗣 “A baby crying. Somewhere out there on the road.”

No one responds.

Because everyone pretends not to hear it.
